Three Ingredient Roast Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound beef roast defrosted
  • 1.5 cups water OR beef broth
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mixture

Method
 

  1. Place defrosted beef roast in the slow cooker
  2. Pour the liquid into the slow cooker, add seasoning.
  3. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours or in the pressure cooker 2.5 hours with a natural release.
  4. Shred with two forks, time to enjoy!
