Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 20 oz package shredded hash browns
  • 10 ¾ ounce can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 slices bacon crisply cooked and chopped
  • French fried onions

Instructions
 

  • Spread hash browns evenly on the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Mix chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter together. It looks gross, but trust the process.
  • Spread mixture over the hash browns using a rubber spatula.
  • Top with cheese, then bacon, and finally the onions.
  • Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove foil/cover for the last 5-10 minutes.
