Heat chicken and Franks in a large skillet over medium heat. Stirring often.
Cube the cream cheese while the chicken is heating.
Stir in the cream cheese and ranch dressing.
Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until well blended and warm.
Slowly stir in the cheese; transfer to a slow cooker.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bagel chips, or veggies!
