Set the pressure cooker to the saute setting for 10 minutes. Add the pork sausage, onion to begin browning. Then add the salt, pepper, and garlic seasonings.
While the pork is cooking, scrub and cube the potatoes.
As the pork finishes browning, add the potatoes, oregano, and finally the chicken broth. Stir well.
Place the lid on the pressure cooker. Be sure to press down, twist, and flip the valve on the top to ‘sealing’.
Set the time for 10 minutes of pressure cooking. After the pressure cooking has finished, flip the valve to ‘venting’ for a quick release.
When the pin has dropped, carefully remove the lid. Stir in the frozen kale, and finish by adding the half and half or heavy cream.
